A Little About Core Computers

Core Computers

Apple A Day Computer Hire Pty Ltd Trading as Core Computers  Since  March 28th 1984  was actually started in Albany Creek's in 1979 and is still located in Albany Creek today.

Here at Core Computers, we have had over 35 years of experience to master how most IT products work, and how they can be repaired. Just because you have an older machine or it seems to be running slower then usual, doesn't mean you have to buy a new one. Core Computers is happy to help with any issue you may have just bring it down to the work shop for a quick book in.

Fast Response! Fully Equipped Workshop
Our Service Department is fully equipped to handle any task brought in, and can get working on it typically straight away; although our service team has a next day on our workbench policy for most jobs. If jobs require to be examined immediately or have a high importance, Priority repairs are available by request and may incur additional fees. Our average fix time for repairs is one to three days depending on the job, but still many repairs are same day fixes. While there is no charge for items covered by Core Warranty, please be aware that Service Jobs are tended to on a first in basis unless prioritized.

We Don’t Charge Per Hour In Shop
Service charges all depend on the job and range anywhere from $35. we don't believe in charging per hour as other repair shops do, instead our labour charges are decided on what job we have done rather then how long the machine has been on the bench. This is because over the years we have come to conclusion that it is not right to charge when the computer has to do troubleshooting, updates and installing; when all these tasks take time.

At Core Computers we love to live by our slogan; so if you require any new I.T equipment, new machines, want some advice or just want to say g'day, come on into our shop and we would be happy to see you!
